Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

There is a 25% re-stocking fee on all returned products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at wheelswithdealz@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Mounted Tire & Wheel packages are NONRETURNABLE and if refused, it will be returned to our facility.  Unauthorized returns will not be credited to your account, and will be held for 5 business days, prior to being discarded.  Prior to being discarded the order can be returned to you, however you will need to pay the shipping cost back to you. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refused Shipments

Any shipment that is refused, will be returned to the warehouse and you will be responsible for the shipping fees, to you and back to us, as well as any restocking fees that may apply. Once the wheels and tires have been mounted, they can not be resold, so they are yours once they have been mounted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
